I recently decided to sell my condo in downtown Toronto and purchase one in Mississauga. The potentially difficult process of selling was made so much more easy thanks to Lisa and Leonie. They were not only very helpful with information and recommendations, but were on top of making sure the unit was staged to perfection! I was very pleased to get full asking price only days after listing.

Given that my mobility involves a wheelchair, finding the right place was a special challenge. Lisa in particular, as lead agent was always available and helpful in every way possible. I never felt that I was being shown anything that was not within my needs. It only took a few weeks to find the perfect home, and had fun doing it!

I was a first time buyer and had asked an acquaintance, who is a real estate agent with a very large company, to be my agent. I wasn't pleased with the service I was receiving but, being a first time buyer, assumed my expectations were unrealistic. It was my good fortune to meet Lisa and Leonie at a "caregiver's networking breakfast". In discussion I mentioned that I was looking for a condo. Subsequent to that conversation I received more information and assistance from them in a week than "my friend" had given in a month. These are a few of the things that most impressed me about Lisa and Leonie:
- first and foremost, they are trustworthy
- daily, I received listings they thought we be of interest to me
- no matter when you called, paged or e-mailed, they responded immediately
- Lisa and Leonie fit into my schedule and convenience when it came to looking at properties
- they possess endless patience because they understand that their client is buying "a home", not just "a place" (they never appeared the least bit impatient the day I had them go back and forth between two condos two or three times while I tried to make a choice between the two)
- I never sensed that they were rushed or were rushing me - they made me feel like I was the only client that mattered that day
- before taking me to see condos, Lisa and Leonie saved me time by going ahead to properties of interest to ensure they met my criteria
- Lisa and Leonie seemed genuinely concerned that I make the right decision - more so than their concern that I buy the most expensive place; they prompted me to ask myself questions that I might not have thought about to assist me in making the right decision
- after the sale was completed, I had a few little concerns with the vendor - they helped me resolve those concerns when they very well could have said "that's your problem now"
- I signed the purchase agreement March 19th...two months later they are still checking in with me to be sure that everything is going well!

Suffice to say that I cannot recommend Lisa and Leonie highly enough. I would not hesitate at all to recommend them to anyone who is looking to sell or purchase a home.

Less than six months ago I bought my first home - a condominium.
